The little details
Less guessing.
More getting on with it.
Fit, protection, care, and the proposed first-pair policy. Plainly explained, in one place.
01 / Fit comes first
A letter isn't the whole story.
Different silhouettes and suppliers use different size systems. Our final chart will use confirmed body measurements for each style, rather than one chart for the entire collection.
The current size selectors show sample options. Men's XS–4XL and the Soft Brief's M–8XL come from supplier graphics. Other styles' size options are provisional. Supplier charts may describe garment measurements; they are not yet approved Everyday body-size charts.
Before buying, check the finished-product waist and hip measurements, rise, and fit notes. If you're choosing for someone else, use their measurements with their permission.
Get help from Longleaf →02 / Protection, without the guesswork
Choose the product for the need.
The men's collection is supplied as reusable bladder-leak underwear. Women's briefs and swim styles are supplied with period-protection marketing. Period measurements do not establish urine capacity, and a swimsuit needs separate testing in water.
The supplier advertises 200 mL for the Everyday Boxer Brief and 150 mL for the Everyday Classic Brief. These figures have not been established as usable capacity under pressure for the final garment. Layer counts, liquid demonstrations, and tampon comparisons don't replace a documented performance test.
These products are not currently verified for continuous leakage, a full bladder release, or a guaranteed number of hours. Change when protection is inadequate or the garment is damp. If your protection needs change, seek suitable care guidance.
Find a starting point →03 / Wear. Wash. Repeat.
Care for the pair you have.
We are confirming wash temperature, detergent restrictions, drying method, and durability with the manufacturer for each style. Follow the approved label on the final garment; don't assume a care instruction from another brand applies.
Build a rotation that gives garments enough time to wash and fully dry. Inspect the gusset, barrier, seams, and fit regularly. Replace a garment when its fit or protection no longer meets your needs; no specific wash-life promise has been validated yet.
04 / Our proposed first-pair trial
Try one. Make sure it's you.
This is the policy proposed for launch. No orders or payments are accepted in this store preview.
- First-time Everyday underwear customers may try one pair for 30 days from delivery, including wearing and washing it.
- If that first pair isn't right, request one refund or size exchange through Longleaf. No medical explanation is required.
- For a multipack, the trial covers the per-pair amount actually paid for one pair. Remaining pairs must be unworn and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging, to qualify for a separate return.
- The first-pair trial applies to underwear, not swimwear. Swim returns require unworn condition with the hygiene liner intact.
- We propose covering US return postage for an eligible first-pair trial and Longleaf errors or defects. Ordinary change-of-mind return postage is the customer's responsibility.
- A used returned garment will not be restocked for sale.
Final operational terms and refund timing will be confirmed before checkout opens. We will show the same terms on product pages and in the return policy.
05 / Delivery, plainly
The total should make sense.
Proposed US standard shipping: $5.95 below a $75 merchandise subtotal, free at $75 or more. Taxes will be calculated by the live checkout. This preview calculates an illustrative total before tax.
We intend to use plain outer packaging. Dispatch timing, delivery estimates, shipping regions, and inventory will be confirmed before orders open. No delivery promise is being made in this preview.
Proposed ordinary returns: request within 30 days of delivery; items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain original packaging and tags, with swim hygiene liners intact. The first-pair underwear exception is described above. Report a wrong or defective item to Longleaf for help.
06 / Everyone has a reason
We don't ask why.
The Confidence Finder asks for fit and use preferences. It doesn't ask for a diagnosis, medical history, name, or email. Its answers stay in page memory and reset when you leave; they are not added to the bag or sent to a recommendation service.
The bag stores selected products, sizes, colors, packs, and quantities in this browser. Removing items removes them from the stored bag. Server access logs may record visited URLs; don't share personal medical information through URLs.
